We are looking for a Gaming Marketing Lead to drive the adoption and success of Web3 games through innovative growth strategies. This role is central to the success of game launches within our ecosystem, focusing on increasing player adoption and boosting on-chain activity. You will provide strategic consultation to partner projects and lead tailored growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for gaming partners, using both Web2 and Web3 marketing techniques (e.g., social media campaigns, live Q&A sessions, influencer activations, digital promotions, NFT and token activations for e-sports, cross-content collaborations, etc.).
  • Design and execute Web3 incentive campaigns in collaboration with the gaming partnerships team, ensuring alignment with partnersโ€™ goals and increasing on-chain engagement.
  • Assess partners’ needs and deliver tailored solutions to support their growth and success.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including community, partnerships, and product marketing, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to refine go-to-market strategies, provide industry insights, and address challenges, aligning on broader ecosystem objectives.
  • Create and promote best practices and scalable growth initiatives to foster community engagement and strengthen the gaming ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in gaming and/or Web3 marketing is strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in growth management, including proven success in Web2 and Web3 initiatives (case studies and presentations will be required during the interview process).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Web3 gaming ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with user funnel challenges and cross-platform engagement strategies in Web3 gaming.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities for partner collaboration.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and autonomous, able to work independently while proactively seeking input when needed.
  • Availability to work across time zones with global partners.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
