We are seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead user acquisition and product growth initiatives from strategy to execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving user adoption, optimizing onboarding experiences, and increasing conversion rates across a global footprint.
As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, data-driven, and impactful product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Optimizing User Experience & Onboarding
- Design, build, and refine best-in-class trading onboarding workflows.
- Create multi-channel experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across mobile apps and web platforms.
- Take ownership of the onboarding and KYC experience for retail, VIP, and institutional users, ensuring a unified and frictionless process.
- Strengthen integrations with other product offerings to provide a connected and engaging user experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Implement event tracking for in-depth funnel analytics and CRM capabilities.
- Develop real-time dashboards to analyze product performance and user behavior.
Driving Growth & User Acquisition
- Work closely with Growth and CRM teams to develop targeted retail campaigns that enhance product adoption and improve conversion rates.
- Align feature development with growth strategies to maximize engagement and retention.
Product Strategy & Development
- Define and document detailed product specifications, setting clear acceptance criteria.
- Balance trade-offs to deliver optimal outcomes for users and the business.
- Oversee roadmap planning, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Continuously test and refine products through internal usage ("dogfooding") to identify improvements.
Collaboration with Feature Teams
- Partner with delivery management teams to optimize resources and accelerate product development.
- Work closely with lead engineers to develop scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by guiding QA engineers in validation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Market Research
- Conduct user research and client interviews to gather insights and refine product features.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and CRM teams to drive adoption and retention strategies.
- Stay informed on market and industry trends to anticipate user needs and competitive opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in crypto trading or exchange platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience in Growth or CRM-related initiatives.
- Strong data-driven approach, combining analytics with a deep understanding of user needs.
- Passion for creating low-friction, efficient onboarding experiences.
- Experience successfully shipping and iterating on large-scale software or financial products.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working seamlessly with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, growth, CRM, compliance, and legal teams.
- Effective communication, with the ability to highlight key insights concisely.
- Understanding of APIs and technical concepts is a strong advantage.
