Boson Protocol enables a decentralized commerce ecosystem where all participants share in the value they create. They automate digital to physical redemptions with minimized arbitration, using NFTs encoded with game theory. They call this decentralized autonomous commerce. The vision is to enable a decentralized commerce ecosystem by funding and enabling the development of a stack of specialist applications to disrupt, demonopolize and democratize commerce. To help with this ambitious project, they created a dCommerce role, never before seen in this space.
After taking a detailed brief on the role and also on Bosons vision for commerce in a decentralized environment, we began to actively headhunt potential candidates.
Boson had already conducted a handful of interviews but hadnโt found the right person. We were able to have conversations with the internal team to identify the exact skill set and traits they were looking for.
After a direct headhunt we submitted 5 CVโs, 3 of which were interviewed, and 1 was eventually placed.
