We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead and innovate within our Loyalty & Rewards programs, driving user engagement and long-term customer retention. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for loyalty and rewards products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and program performance to drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings, ensuring our loyalty programs remain cutting-edge and high-value.
- Manage and optimize existing loyalty and engagement features, while exploring new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs.
- Proven track record of launching and iterating on consumer-facing products at scale.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to balance customer-centric innovation with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of crypto or fintech industries is a plus, but a passion for digital finance and loyalty innovation is key.
