Senior Product Manager – Loyalty

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead and innovate within our Loyalty & Rewards programs, driving user engagement and long-term customer retention. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing—to build loyalty solutions that excite users while aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for loyalty and rewards products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and program performance to drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings, ensuring our loyalty programs remain cutting-edge and high-value.
• Manage and optimize existing loyalty and engagement features, while exploring new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs.
• Proven track record of launching and iterating on consumer-facing products at scale.
• Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to balance customer-centric innovation with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of crypto or fintech industries is a plus, but a passion for digital finance and loyalty innovation is key.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
