Throughout my time working with recruiters (and I've worked with a fair few!) I have never met a more technically adept, genuine, hardworking recruiter than Craig. It is clear that this attitude cascades down to his staff as the quality of candidates sent through are only of the highest quality. First impressions are massively important to me, and it's his clear passion for this industry that means that Craig and his company will always be more first port of call when hiring.

Working with Morgan, Jordan and the team at Spectrum Search has been great, the roles we tasked them to fill were niche and they showed a real attention of detail to ensure they knew exactly what we needed. The questions they asked demonstrated a strong knowledge of DeFi and Blockchain Technology and this was reflected in the candidates delivered.
