Senior Product Manager – Crypto Payments

We are looking for experienced Product Managers to lead key product initiatives from concept to execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to build cutting-edge financial solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligning with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, frontend, and backend development, to deliver best-in-class features.
• Lead feature definition, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, gather and implement feedback, and manage test plans with QA teams.
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to build a deep understanding of user needs and industry trends.
• Prioritize product initiatives and make informed trade-offs to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Manage and optimize specific product features, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
• Serve as a key point of contact, representing the product team in internal and external communications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with expertise in crypto payments or digital financial products.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, combined with a strong understanding of user experience.
• Proven ability to ship and iterate on large-scale software or financial products.
• Strong leadership skills, taking initiative to drive projects forward and deliver results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• A solid grasp of technical concepts and their applications is a plus.
