Ferriswheel had a product to release on a very tight deadline and needed highly skilled contractors, quickly. They were extremely time-poor and did not have the capacity to find and attract the right people into the business. Failure to do so, would result in missed deadlines and a considerable cost implication to the business.
Without a process or strategy for interviewing in place, our role was to project manage everything. We scheduled all meetings and managed KPIโs and SLAโs. To attract great people, quickly, we leant heavily on our existing community, ran a highly converting advertising campaign and built a buzz around Ferriswheel and their exciting project.
We also allocated additional time to stay close to our candidates, building solid relationships and ensuring there were no last minute drop outs.
The product was shipped on time, without delay and any financial implications. We filled all contract positions in under 1 week, with all contractors started and on site within 3 weeks of the initial brief.
We also achieved a 1:1 interview ratio and on average, the vacancies were filled under the initial budget set by Coin burp. Following the successful placement of the contractors, Spectrum were asked to find permanent candidates to replace them.
Throughout my time working with recruiters (and Iโve worked with a fair few!) I have never met a more technically adept, genuine, hardworking recruiter than Craig. It is clear that this attitude cascades down to his staยญff as the quality of candidates sent through are only of the highest quality. First impressions are massively important to me, and itโs his clear passion for this industry that means that Craig and his company will always be more first port of call when hiring.
