Senior Product Manager – Mobile App UX

We are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to drive product initiatives from inception to execution, focusing on delivering a best-in-class trading experience for advanced retail traders. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an industry-leading platform that redefines how users engage with digital assets.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other stakeholders to build and launch impactful features that enhance trading experiences across multiple channels, with a primary focus on mobile.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Product Development

• Optimize and iterate on advanced trading UX/UI for experienced retail traders.
• Ensure a seamless multi-channel experience, with a primary focus on mobile app integration alongside web.
• Enhance trading workflows, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and engagement for high-frequency traders.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Set up event tracking and funnel analytics to assess user behavior and improve conversion rates.
• Deepen funnel metrics to analyze strategy effectiveness at each stage of the user journey.
• Build dashboard views for real-time insights into product performance.

Product Expansion & Feature Ownership

• Manage and improve core retail trading products, including:
  • Spot and derivatives trading
  • Trading bots
  • Staking & yield-generating products (e.g., Supercharger)
  • Gamified trading features like Trading Arena
• Define detailed product requirements, set clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize feature development.
• Balance trade-offs to ensure optimal user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Lead and direct one or more feature teams, driving a shared vision and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and delivery managers to maximize efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with lead engineers to develop robust, scalable solutions.
• Ensure QA engineers have comprehensive test plans for high-quality product releases.

Cross-Functional Engagement

• Engage with business and sales teams to gather user insights via client interviews and feedback sessions.
• Work with Marketing, Growth, and CRM teams to drive product adoption and user engagement.
• Stay informed on market and industry trends, ensuring the product remains competitive.
• Represent the trading experience domain in cross-functional communications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in crypto trading or exchange platforms.
• Strong understanding of advanced retail trading behaviors, trading UX, and market mechanics.
• Data-driven mindset, using analytics and user insights to inform decisions.
• Proven experience shipping and iterating on large-scale software or financial products.
• Leadership skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, growth, CRM, compliance, and legal teams.
• Strong communication abilities—clear, concise, and able to highlight key takeaways.
• Experience with API integrations and technical product development is a plus.
