On-Chain Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product initiatives from ideation to execution. This is a great opportunity to shape an innovative platform that is transforming the way people interact with digital assets. In this role, you’ll drive impactful product launches across global markets, collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams.

This position is specifically focused on the DeFi wallet and web extension team, overseeing the development of the web extension product and contributing to the mobile app.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Define product features, write detailed specifications, conduct user research, incorporate feedback, assist with test planning, and oversee backlog management to ensure timely product launches.
• Engage directly with users to build empathy and ensure products address their needs.
• Prioritize initiatives effectively, considering trade-offs and business impact.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
• Serve as a key representative in cross-functional collaborations.
• Manage specific features within a product line or act as a standalone product owner.

Requirements:

• A data-driven mindset paired with a strong understanding of user needs.
• Passion for developing intuitive and engaging customer-facing products.
• Deep awareness of Web3 industry trends and emerging technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience launching and iterating on successful software products at scale.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of taking initiative and driving results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in DeFi, blockchain, NFTs, or Web3 (either as a user or in a professional capacity) is highly desirable.
• Experience working on web extension products is a plus.
