Senior Product Manager – Trading

We are hiring Product Managers to drive product initiatives from conception to launch. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape an innovative platform that is transforming the way people engage with financial markets. You will play a key role in defining, building, and scaling products that enhance user experience and drive engagement globally.

As part of this role, you will work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to develop and launch impactful features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligning with strategic priorities.
• Define product features, create detailed specifications, facilitate user studies, gather feedback, and iterate to improve product offerings.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality test plans and successful product releases.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and build user-centric solutions.
• Prioritize product initiatives and make data-driven trade-offs to optimize impact and efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represent the product team in cross-functional discussions and decision-making processes.
• Own and manage specific features within the product suite, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Passion for building intuitive, engaging, and delightful customer-facing products.
• Proven experience in shipping and iterating on large-scale software or financial products.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Effective collaboration skills, working seamlessly with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Domain expertise in retail trading or gamification is a plus.
