Senior/Lead Product Manager – Institutional

We are hiring a Senior / Lead Product Manager to drive key product initiatives from inception through execution. Key Responsibilities

Institutional Product & User Experience

• Trading UX/UI & Workflows: Develop, refine, and optimize a world-class trading experience for institutional and professional traders.
• Institutional Product Suite: Oversee and enhance institutional product offerings.

Product Strategy & Development

• Define product features and outcomes, leading documentation of specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to create robust technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Work with QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Maintain and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key features.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Market Research

• Partner with business and sales teams to gather user feedback through direct client engagement.
• Refine and prioritize product features based on user insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the product suite in discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Prioritization & Execution

• Make informed trade-offs to maximize business impact and product success.
• Ensure initiatives are effectively prioritized for optimal results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in institutional trading, prime brokerage, or exchange platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial products and institutional trading workflows.
• Experience successfully shipping and iterating on software or financial products at scale.
• Data-driven mindset combined with a user-centric approach to product development.
• Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and sales.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to grasp and apply technical concepts effectively.
