Senior Product Manager – Exchange Platform

We are looking for Product Managers to lead key initiatives from concept to execution, shaping an innovative platform that is redefining how users engage with trading and financial markets. This is a unique opportunity to drive impact by launching new products and features on a global scale.

As part of this role, you will work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to build world-class solutions that enhance the trading experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business goals.
• Work closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver best-in-class features.
• Define product features, create detailed specifications, facilitate user studies, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust testing processes and high-quality releases.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and build user-centric solutions.
• Prioritize projects and initiatives effectively, making data-driven trade-offs where necessary.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the product team in discussions with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Own and manage specific features within the product suite, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within trading or exchange platforms.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong focus on user experience.
• Passion for building intuitive and engaging customer-facing products.
• Proven ability to ship and iterate on software or financial products at scale.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Effective collaboration skills, working seamlessly with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
• A proactive mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• A solid understanding of technical concepts and how they apply to product development is a plus.
