Role: Business Operations – Latin America

We are hiring a Business Operations Specialist to drive growth and expansion efforts across Latin America. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, analyzing market opportunities, refining business processes, and helping to launch new products and revenue streams in the region. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute new growth opportunities within Latin America.
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and launch region-specific offerings.
• Design and implement scalable business operations and processes.
• Conduct market analysis and research to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the establishment and management of new teams in the region.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive key initiatives.

About You:

• 6+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Experience in the payments industry within Latin America.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Self-starter with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Process-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in product or project management from ideation to execution.

Bonus Points:

• Currently based in or open to relocating to Mexico.
• Experience with SQL.
• Background in Computer Science or technical proficiency.
• Previous experience in a high-growth tech company.
• Exposure to strategy consulting or finance.
