The Challenge

Gino D’Acampo’s Big Town Chef is an ambitious, NFT-powered online game that aims to deliver an engaging play-to-earn experience. To achieve their goal, they required a top-notch tech and marketing team with exceptional skills to bring their vision to life. With challenging deadlines, limited resources, and a crowded market, they needed expert support to identify and attract the superstar talent that would drive their growth.

The Solution

This one was simple. Spend as much time as possible on site, with the team and embed ourselves in the project to understand what was required. Nailing their vision was key to generating a buzz in the employment market and ultimately attracting the best candidates.
