The Challenge

Venus aimed to swiftly scale their operations with top-notch DeFi talent. They sought experts in Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Development, Data, and UI/UX, including those from Financial Institutions. The challenge was to attract these highly specialized professionals away from the stability of Financial Services and entice the top DeFi talent from their current projects, highlighting the unique advantages of joining the Venus project over the competitive DeFi market. Time was of the essence, and Venus needed us to efficiently coordinate and schedule appointments with busy individuals across various time zones to get their top talent onboarded as soon as possible.

The Solution

To solve the challenge, we initiated a thorough Company & Brand Discovery Session and established streamlined communication channels. Our team then conducted a detailed Job Spec Session to comprehend Venus’ talent requirements and sourcing strategies.

Our consultants and talent researchers then presented multiple talent shortlists to the client, offering multiple options and insights on potential hires for each role. The first successful hire was made just 7 days after the Job Spec session.

The Outcome

We sourced and screened 15 solidity candidates, shortlisting 10. 7 were interviewed by Venus and ultimately, all 3 were hired, resulting in a 100% fill rate.
