We are looking for a Social Media Lead to take full ownership of our social strategy, content creation, and audience growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 spaces, has a strong grasp of Twitter growth strategies, and can craft engaging, concise content that resonates with the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence, with a focus on Twitter.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with key narratives.
• Expand brand awareness and engagement through organic and viral growth tactics.
• Own the social marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
• Lead the social component of major launches and community-driven initiatives.

• Strong tweet writing & meme creation skills—you know what makes content go viral.
• A growth hacking mindset with a track record of building online communities.
• Ability to take extreme ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Direct and clear communication style—no fluff, just impact.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
