Senior Software Engineer – Trading Systems

We are hiring a Backend Engineer for a cutting-edge fintech company developing a range of yield products on digital assets. The firm leverages traditional derivatives infrastructure to offer structured products and institutional-grade yield solutions, serving both retail and institutional investors. The leadership team has a strong background in the derivatives space, having built and successfully exited a previous venture to a major financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy low-latency backend systems, with a focus on trading connectivity, order execution, and position management.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong ability to identify and resolve complex integration challenges efficiently.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining low-latency backend systems.
• Hands-on experience working with crypto exchange APIs.
