Senior Backend Engineer

We are hiring a Backend Infrastructure Engineer for a fast-growing fintech company specializing in yield products on digital assets. The firm utilizes traditional derivatives infrastructure to offer structured products and institutional-grade solutions for both retail and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure components seamlessly into existing systems.
• Identify and optimize system bottlenecks to improve performance and scalability.
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Continuously enhance system architecture, security, and best practices to align with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data processing frameworks (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
