About the Role

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with blockchain technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create a platform that combines the efficiency of centralized systems with the transparency and security of decentralized finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
• Work on blockchain-related projects, including integrating smart contracts into backend infrastructure.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of distributed systems.
• Identify and implement performance optimizations to enhance backend operations.
• Collaborate with product managers, infrastructure engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions.
• Stay up to date with advancements in blockchain, cryptography, and backend technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong track record of building high-quality software.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience with distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity or similar technologies).
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, or others.
• Contributions to open-source projects or evidence of continuous learning in new technical domains.
• Knowledge of cryptography and security best practices.
