SAP Functional Consultant

We are looking to hire an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team working in a DevOps environment. The role involves supporting, designing, implementing, and deploying SAP PLM-based solutions to align with business goals. This position requires expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) with integration into Quality Management (QM) and Document Management Systems (DMS).

You will play a key role in configuring, testing, and documenting SAP solutions, as well as providing training to key users. Experience in Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the future growth and development of SAP PP and MM modules, ensuring seamless integration with QM and DMS.
• Configure SAP systems while aligning with business processes.
• Conduct system testing and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide training and support to key users.
• Work on incident resolution, with ABAP and SAP development tools experience being an advantage.
• Manage standard workflows across MM, QM, and PP to optimize processes.
• Utilize DMS configuration in relation to PP and MM.

Skills & Experience Required:

• At least three full life cycle SAP R/3 or S/4 implementations.
• Strong background in SAP PP with a deep understanding of manufacturing and aerospace production processes.
• Knowledge of production master data (work centers, BOM, routings) and materials management (MRP and inventory management).
• Experience working in a Defence, Aerospace, or Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and secure sign-off from stakeholders.
