Product Designer

We are hiring a Product Designer to join an innovative company at the forefront of finance and blockchain technology. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of a next-generation DeFi platform, driving accessibility, security, and transparency in the financial space.

Your Role

As a Product Designer, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for a cutting-edge DeFi application.
• Oversee the entire product design lifecycle, from concept to multiple product launches.
• Contribute to and shape the brand identity of the platform’s applications.
• Rapidly develop multiple design concepts and prototypes, balancing pixel-perfect detail with low-fidelity sketches when needed.
• Create compelling, user-friendly designs that enhance financial accessibility.
• Tackle complex UX challenges in emerging technologies, developing innovative mental models and interactions.
• Establish and define a strong design culture, contributing through writing, external communication, and process improvements.
• Conduct user research alongside product and business stakeholders to optimize user experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in 0-to-1 product design for consumer-facing applications, ideally in DeFi or financial/investment products.
• Strong interest and experience in DeFi, finance, or investing.
• A standout portfolio that showcases exceptional design skills and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of design systems and the ability to collaborate closely with front-end developers.
• Expertise in Figma (or equivalent tools) for UI/UX design.
• A proactive, resilient mindset, with a passion for feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement.
