Catlabs — a fully remote US-based blockchain security and digital asset protection company serving government agencies, financial institutions and private enterprises (US citizenship required due to the nature of its work) — needed a Technical Programme Manager to act as the bridge between the CTO and engineering team during a major refactoring initiative, helping drive delivery, improve stakeholder visibility and support product launch readiness.
