Stablecoin issuance has become a serious balance-sheet business, with treasury, compliance and policy roles that did not exist three years ago.
Search firms without practitioner depth tend to cycle the same shortlist. They cannot tell whether a Head of Trading actually ran the book in volatile conditions or sat next to someone who did. They cannot read whether a CCO has shipped a regulatory engagement to outcome or simply attended the meetings.
