We are seeking a Head of Marketing Intelligence to lead our global marketing measurement and analytics strategy. This senior leadership role is designed for a proven operator who combines deep expertise in analytics and data science with hands-on experience driving marketing performance. You will be responsible for building scalable attribution frameworks, advancing predictive and probabilistic models, and deploying AI-driven solutions (including Generative AI) that uncover actionable insights to accelerate customer growth. This is a high-impact position with strong visibility and direct influence on company growth.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and own the marketing intelligence roadmap.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts, engineers, and data scientists.
- Partner with Growth, Data, Finance, and Product Marketing leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
Measurement & Modelling
- Lead the design and deployment of multi-touch attribution (MTA) and probabilistic attribution methods.
- Champion marketing mix modelling (MMM) to evaluate cross-channel ROI and incrementality.
- Advance predictive analytics for LTV, churn, and customer journey optimisation, leveraging AI-powered models.
AI, GenAI & Automation
- Deploy AI/ML models for anomaly detection, spend optimisation, and customer segmentation.
- Automate campaign insights (e.g., natural language explanations of channel efficiency).
- Build dynamic customer journey clustering to identify emerging cohorts.
- Leverage GenAI to generate personalized marketing narratives and creative testing at scale.
- Foster a culture of automation where insights flow directly into strategy and execution.
Data Infrastructure & Governance
- Oversee pipelines and modelling powered by AppsFlyer, Databricks, Google Marketing Platform, and BigQuery.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, ATT, and other privacy regulations.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver executive-ready insights supported by Tableau dashboards and automated reporting.
- Provide GenAI-driven summaries that translate advanced AI/ML outputs into clear strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven track record in analytics and data science with extensive marketing measurement experience.
- Expertise in attribution modelling (deterministic, probabilistic, MTA) and marketing mix modelling (MMM).
- Strong background in AI/ML applications in marketing analytics and Generative AI for automation.
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Databricks, Google Marketing Platform, AWS, BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau.
- Solid knowledge of data governance, compliance, and privacy frameworks.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in high-growth industries such as mobile apps, gaming, fintech, or subscription models preferred.
