We are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding digital finance platform seeking a VIP Account Manager to join their high-performing Growth team. This role is ideal for a customer-centric, commercially astute professional with experience managing premium client accounts in fintech, crypto, or financial services. You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering an exceptional, bespoke service to drive loyalty, engagement, and revenue.

Client Relationship Management

  • Own and manage a book of high-value clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Deliver white-glove service, combining proactive communication with rapid response support.
  • Offer tailored insights, market updates, and platform optimisation tips to enhance client experience and retention.


Performance & Revenue Focus

  • Identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Track account performance and activity trends to uncover areas for increased engagement.
  • Promote the use of key platform features and tools to encourage higher usage and trading activity.


Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction via feedback and performance metrics.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across product, risk, compliance, and marketing to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Support business growth through client referrals and long-term relationship development.


About You

  • 4+ years’ experience in relationship management, account management, or client success within fintech, crypto, trading, or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing high-value or HNW clients with a strong track record of delivering premium service.
  • Familiarity with crypto markets and trader psychology, or strong interest and ability to learn quickly.
  • Multilingual skills (relevant to your region) and cultural fluency are a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset, commercially aware, and highly organised.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-evolving, regulated environment.
