Digital Finance Organisation – Middle East
We are working on behalf of a pioneering digital finance organisation in the Middle East, focused on developing and delivering financial infrastructure and wealth management services tailored to the digital asset economy. Operating in a regulated environment with oversight from regional financial authorities, the firm offers institutional-grade services, including OTC trading, cross-border payments, and digital asset management. Their client base includes banks, corporates, family offices, and financial institutions across the region.
As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the firm’s marketing, branding, and communications strategy across local and international markets.
Role Summary
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping how the company is perceived by the market, media, regulatory bodies, and institutional clients. The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing strategist and compelling storyteller, capable of turning sophisticated digital finance solutions into engaging narratives that drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy in alignment with company objectives and expansion plans.
- Position the firm as a market leader in digital asset infrastructure, stablecoin applications, and institutional financial solutions.
- Create and manage a performance-driven marketing roadmap to support lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and market awareness.
2. Narrative & Messaging
- Lead the development of the company’s growth narrative, incorporating product innovations, strategic partnerships, and regulatory milestones.
- Collaborate with the executive team to craft investor communications, media statements, and public-facing content.
- Promote the organisation as a trusted voice in digital finance through thought leadership and media visibility.
3. PR & Media Relations
- Manage all external communications, including press releases, media outreach, and executive profiling.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key financial and business media locally and globally.
- Develop and execute PR campaigns aligned with major announcements, events, and product launches.
4. Digital & Web Presence
- Oversee strategy and execution of the firm’s digital channels, including website experience, SEO, and analytics.
- Ensure the online platform communicates credibility, innovation, and product leadership.
- Coordinate with creative and web partners to maintain a best-in-class digital presence.
5. Content & Social Media
- Develop and lead content strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Create a structured editorial calendar featuring market insights, milestones, and expert perspectives.
- Enhance engagement through timely, relevant, and high-impact content.
6. Brand Governance
- Oversee brand identity across all touchpoints and ensure consistent visual language and messaging.
- Partner with external agencies to evolve brand guidelines and creative assets.
7. Community Engagement & Storytelling
- Create campaigns that bring the company’s mission, people, and market impact to life through compelling storytelling.
- Grow and nurture the company’s online community within the fintech ecosystem.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior marketing, communications, or brand roles within fintech, digital assets, or financial services.
- Proven ability to scale marketing functions in high-growth or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of digital finance, institutional payments, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Excellent writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing PR, content, and digital functions in-house or via agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
