We are partnering with a high-growth global fintech business transforming cross-border finance through a combination of traditional and next-generation payment technologies, including stablecoins. They are hiring a Senior Treasury Quant Developer to join the Treasury Engineering team — developing and integrating quantitative models that support FX pricing, treasury risk management, and liquidity forecasting across global fiat and stablecoin transactions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and refine FX pricing models, volatility analytics, and risk management frameworks for treasury operations.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, and Data teams to assess profitability, pricing sensitivity, and risk exposures.
- Ensure model outputs integrate seamlessly into the Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Conduct performance analysis on FX gains/losses and optimize hedging strategies when applicable.
- Monitor FX market dynamics and macro trends to support pricing decisions and treasury policies.
- Work with Treasury Systems Engineers to implement scalable, resilient, and audit-ready models.
- Use transaction and balance sheet data to detect anomalies, inefficiencies, or risk concentrations.
- Enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, and observability within the Treasury stack.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years professional experience, including 3+ years managing trading or treasury strategies end-to-end.
- Strong programming in Python, R, SQL, or C++.
- Solid experience in quantitative model development — FX pricing, trading, or treasury analytics.
- Deep understanding of FX markets, risk management, and financial data.
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with APIs for market/pricing data integration.
- Proficient with version control (Git) and collaborative engineering workflows.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of payments, cross-border disbursements, digital wallets, custody, or card programs.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with real-time systems and latency optimization.
- Background applying ML to financial models or transaction analysis.
- High-growth/startup experience with agile or DevOps practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
