Senior Solidity Engineer

The first unified liquidity lending protocol with a global interest rate and ledger across Layer 2s and Ethereum Mainnet.

Assets across Ethereum and its rollups are treated as global pools and rebalanced on demand across both rollups and mainnet, enabling users to lend or borrow the same asset for the same interest rate, regardless of the underlying chain within the Ethereum ecosystem.

This is a full-time position where you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the development of cutting-edge zero-knowledge cross-chain DeFi infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Architect, design, and deploy Solidity-based smart contracts (lending, account abstraction, protocol upgrades, etc.)
• Integrate smart contracts with verified offchain computation in the Risc Zero zkVM
• Lead audits, testing, gas/compute optimizations, and safe deployment processes
• Collaborate with ZK engineers and product teams to continuously improve protocol performance
• Establish and enforce engineering standards (security, testing, CI/CD, versioning)

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years blockchain engineering experience
• Solidity expertise with deployed, audited, and battle-tested DeFi contracts in production
• Rust proficiency in blockchain infrastructure and/or Solana smart contract development
• Proven experience building cross-chain DeFi applications
• Strong understanding of EVM internals, cross-chain messaging, and contract upgrade patterns
• Security-minded: familiar with common DeFi vulnerabilities, formal/audit practices, and runtime hardening
• Demonstrated leadership ability — mentoring, reviews, ownership over delivery

Nice to have

• Familiarity with zkVMs and zero-knowledge proof integrations
• Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer
