Senior Software Developer (Golang)

You’ll join a lean, fast-moving team building and scaling software for venture-style projects adjacent to core businesses. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems across the stack, from backend infrastructure to application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services, including architecture proposals and design reviews
• Implement features, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality code
• Solve complex problems within large-scale backend systems
• Provide technical support to resolve production and customer issues
• Drive long-term improvements across the technology stack

Requirements

• Strong experience with Golang (Postgres, Redis, Kafka preferred)
• Solid understanding of system architecture, security, and performance optimisation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Fintech, Sports, or Prediction markets is a plus
