This project was created to challenge the way current stablecoins and tokenomics models operate. While dominant stablecoins accumulate massive revenue without redistributing it, many token models disproportionately benefit insiders over users.
This team is building the first stablecoin protocol designed to return ownership and value to its users — creating a fairer, more transparent financial ecosystem.
Within the past year, they launched a complete stablecoin protocol featuring:
- A stablecoin backed by tokenized U.S. Treasuries
- A yield-bearing version of the stablecoin
- A revenue-sharing governance token
The protocol reached over $1.8B in TVL and has since stabilized around $600M, entering a new phase focused on resilience, transparency, and multi-currency expansion.
You’ll be joining a small, high-performing group working at the frontier of decentralized finance.
Context
You’ll be part of a team of around 10 engineers, including a CTO, multiple smart contract developers, and dApp developers.
The protocol is already live, and the team is preparing to release V2, an upgrade aimed at improving product features, security, and user experience.
Mission
As a Senior Smart Contract Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy the smart contracts that serve as the core of the protocol. Your work will directly impact the security, performance, and scalability of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Development: Build and deploy Solidity contracts that power the protocol.
- Code Review & Testing: Conduct detailed reviews, create tests, and ensure contract robustness.
- Protocol Enhancement: Identify improvements and deliver new features aligned with the roadmap.
- Security Best Practices: Apply and promote industry-leading security standards.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation and deployment workflows.
- Collaboration: Work with dApp engineers, product teams, and auditors for smooth integration.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of Solidity experience with a strong track record of deployed contracts.
- Deep knowledge of Ethereum and blockchain fundamentals.
- Strong focus on smart contract security and vulnerability prevention.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with agile workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
