Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, making impactful contributions and launching products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional members to deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
- Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, collaborate with QA on test plans, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product/feature delivery
- Interview and engage with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met
- Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, balancing trade-offs as needed
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Represent the team in cross-functional communications
- Manage specific features within a product line
- Serve as an internal expert on sports within the company
Requirements
- Deep domain knowledge of U.S. sports is required
- Prior work experience in sports is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Data-informed work style, paired with empathy for the user
- Passion for building delightful, customer-facing products and experiences
- Experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and results orientation
- Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams
- Humility in work and interactions with others
