Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer on behalf of a fast-moving, globally distributed team working at the intersection of DeFi, data infrastructure, and user experience. This is a fully remote position with optional co-working hubs available in select global cities.

You'll join a diverse, cross-functional team that blends deep technical expertise with strategic partnerships across the Web3 ecosystem. The team values clear communication, independent thinking, and a collaborative approach to solving complex design challenges.

What You'll Do

• Own and lead UI design efforts across various digital products with a focus on precision and user experience.
• Build, maintain, and evolve a robust design system in Figma—utilizing best practices like Auto Layout, variables, component sets, interactive prototyping, and library organization.
• Collaborate directly with developers to ensure smooth implementation; familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and basic React principles is a strong plus.
• Apply design thinking methodologies from discovery and ideation to prototyping and iterative refinement.
• Transform complex, data-rich problems into clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Bonus: If you're comfortable working with tools like Framer for design/development/deployment, that’s a nice plus.

• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where you’re comfortable driving both strategy and hands-on design.
• Clear, concise communication—especially when working with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders.
• Smart workflow habits: optimizing, systematizing, and automating wherever possible.

Desired Experience

• 5+ years in product or UI design roles.
• Advanced Figma skills—you're confident working with variables, component libraries, prototyping, and scalable systems.
• Basic front-end fluency (HTML/CSS/JS) to effectively collaborate with engineers.
• Strong foundation in user-centric design thinking.
• Experience in Web3, DeFi, or similar fields is highly desirable.

• Background in fintech, traditional finance, or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strength in designing dashboards, analytics tools, or other data visualization interfaces.
• Previous involvement in building or scaling design systems from the ground up.
