We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives across Sports and Prediction markets within a fast-growing consumer-focused platform. This role requires deep experience driving profitable, scalable growth in competitive sports or prediction environments.
You will own customer acquisition and new revenue growth by planning, executing, and optimising high-impact digital campaigns across paid channels.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Develop, launch, and optimise campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximise ROI and user acquisition
- Tailor creatives and messaging based on regional regulations, sports calendars, and user intent
- Segment audiences using behavioural, geographic, interest, and device data
- Leverage internal and third-party data to enhance targeting and performance
Measurement & Reporting
- Monitor performance using analytics and attribution tools
- Report on KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV
- Deliver actionable insights to creative, product, and compliance teams
Compliance & Market Sensitivity
- Ensure campaigns comply with state-level regulations and partner requirements
- Stay informed on legal changes, industry trends, and competitor activity
Requirements
- 7–10 years of performance marketing experience in large-scale or high-growth environments
- Strong commercial understanding of Sports and Prediction markets
- Proven experience managing seven-figure acquisition budgets
- Deep knowledge of attribution, media mix modelling, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with analytics and attribution platforms
- Highly analytical, performance-driven mindset
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for sports, prediction markets, and trading across traditional and decentralised finance
