Senior Front End Developer – DeFi/Blockchain

We are partnered with a community-driven, decentralised platform providing permissionless DeFi tools across multiple blockchain networks. As their product ecosystem expands, they’re looking to hire a Senior Front End Developer to enhance and optimise user-facing components across their web applications.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, responsive, and high-performance interfaces using modern frontend technologies. You’ll develop complex applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, while integrating blockchain libraries and contributing to cross-chain initiatives.

What You’ll Need

• React: Deep experience, including efficient use of useEffect and libraries such as TanStack Query
• Next.js: Strong understanding of SSG, SSR, and the App Router model
• TypeScript: Solid grasp of strong typing principles and best practices
• CSS & Tailwind CSS: Ability to design and implement high-quality, responsive UIs
• Design Patterns: Strong understanding of frontend architecture and reusable patterns
• Blockchain Integration: Familiarity with viem, wagmi, ethers.js, and algosdk
• Cross-Chain Technologies: Experience with tools like Wormhole is a plus
• AWS: Working knowledge of Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS
• Version Control: Proficient with Git
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience
• Bonus: Public portfolio or track record of open-source contributions
