Senior Crypto Product Manager

Location: Copenhagen (On-site relocation required, visa sponsorship available)Our client is a fast-growing global payments provider, expanding into the crypto space to meet rising demand for seamless digital transactions. As part of this next phase, they are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Crypto Product Manager to lead the development of this critical product line. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact area within a company that is scaling rapidly and already seeing strong traction with crypto capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for crypto solutions, including withdrawals, top-ups, payouts, collections, and integrations with third-party providers.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and compliant crypto product flows, including:
  • Wallet verification and KYC layers
  • Stablecoin conversion and FX routing
  • Third-party crypto provider orchestration
  • Customer-facing APIs and internal operational tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Network teams to scale crypto capabilities from MVP to full-scale production.
• Define and monitor success metrics such as provider coverage, transaction reliability, and customer adoption.
• Translate strategic goals into prioritized roadmaps, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives such as corridor expansion and platform scalability.

About You:

• You bring at least 7 years of product management experience, with 5+ years in crypto, payments, or fintech.
• Proven track record of delivering B2B or B2B2C APIs in high-compliance environments.
• Deep understanding of crypto infrastructure, including on/off ramps, wallet flows, and compliance (KYC/AML).
• Comfortable working with internal tech teams and external vendors or partners.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Experience:

• Exposure to stablecoin ecosystems, FX risk management, or crypto treasury tools.
• Experience with liquidity, custody, and settlement in a crypto environment.
