Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive anwd detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of a dedicated Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to act as a thought partner in evolving the platform over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as administrator for a Salesforce instance, handling day-to-day configuration, user support, and maintenance
- Customize objects, fields, reports, dashboards, Salesforce Flow, and page layouts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Improve usability, efficiency, and data accuracy across the platform
- Maintain data integrity through validation rules, governance processes, and audits
- Provide user training and ongoing support
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and security settings
- Strong problem-solving and requirements-translation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in Quality Assurance
- Background supporting B2C sales or account management (iGaming, fintech, or crypto preferred)
- Familiarity with integrations such as SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, etc.)
