Sales Manager – Cross Border Payments

We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to help scale a fast-growing Digital Assets and Cross-Border Payments business. This position is focused on accelerating client acquisition, increasing settlement volumes, and deepening activity across key remittance and payment corridors.

This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with strong connections across PSPs, OTC desks, crypto exchanges, or financial institutions. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and closing to onboarding and activation — with a direct impact on total payment volume (TPV) and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Acquire new institutional clients and strategic partners across the payments, crypto, and FX sectors
  • Drive volume through stablecoin and cross-border settlement channels
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposal development, deal negotiation, and onboarding
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly TPV and revenue contribution targets
  • Identify and open new payment corridors (e.g., THB–PHP, PHP–IDR, CNY/CNH, SGD)

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Manage and expand relationships with key institutional partners
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding in collaboration with treasury, compliance, and operations teams
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to enhance the client experience and respond to market needs

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor competitive dynamics, partner feedback, and market trends in digital assets and payments
  • Contribute to corridor development, pricing, and regional market expansion initiatives
  • Support go-to-market efforts and partnership rollouts with marketing and commercial teams

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within fintech, payments, FX, or digital assets
  • Proven success hitting revenue and volume-based KPIs
  • Strong network across OTC desks, PSPs, and exchanges
  • Confident negotiator with experience managing complex deal cycles independently
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement, and liquidity is a plus
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog, Bahasa) are a bonus
