Rust Developer

We are partnered with a community-driven, decentralised platform providing permissionless DeFi tools across multiple blockchain networks. As part of their continued growth, they’re expanding their engineering team with a Senior Backend Engineer who has hands-on experience building applications on the Solana blockchain.

Role Overview

You’ll play a key role in developing robust backend infrastructure, smart contracts, blockchain indexing systems, and monitoring tools. You’ll also contribute to full-stack architecture and frontend integration.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: 3+ years in a full stack or similar engineering role
• Rust: Strong proficiency with a solid understanding of current best practices
• Smart Contract Development: Experience building on Solana using tools such as Anchor and Web3.js
• Solidity: Ability to read and interpret smart contracts written in Solidity
• Frontend: Familiarity with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• GraphQL: Experience leveraging GraphQL for blockchain data indexing
• Cloud Services: Practical knowledge of AWS, including Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch
• Version Control: Advanced Git skills
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, collaborative mindset, and experience working in agile environments
