About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our Payments product suite, which includes payouts, transfers, and currency exchange. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to develop innovative financial solutions that meet customer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap – Define and execute the vision for the Payments product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Product Development – Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and enhance payment, transfer, and foreign exchange solutions.
• Market Research – Conduct research and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.
• Performance Optimization – Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all financial products adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• User Experience – Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience by working closely with design teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in product management, ideally within the fintech or payments industry.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, money transfers, and currency exchange processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of working with teams at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve strategic goals.
