Product Manager

We are partnering with a leading team in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space to find a highly capable Product Manager with a strong background in B2B enterprise product development. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the end-to-end development of an innovative market data product, helping to shape the future of data accessibility within the blockchain ecosystem.

About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities to defining product requirements, launching solutions, and iterating based on feedback and performance. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

This role is ideal for someone with a structured approach to product development, strong communication skills, and experience in managing complex, enterprise-grade products. While prior exposure to DeFi is a plus, it’s not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing improvements.
• Introduce and maintain best-practice tools and frameworks for product management within a high-growth, agile environment.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and experimentation to uncover new opportunities and guide product strategy.
• Develop detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) for new features and offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to bring new products to market.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure product performance and success.
• Support go-to-market activities with materials that empower sales and partnership teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within enterprise B2B environments.
• Proven experience bringing multiple products from concept to market.
• Familiarity with different stages of the product lifecycle and the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges that arise.
• High-level understanding of how product intersects with technical development, go-to-market strategies, and user adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, startup-style environments where priorities evolve quickly.
• Interest in or familiarity with decentralized technologies and blockchain (a bonus, not a requirement).
