We are hiring on behalf of an innovative, globally scaling fintech company reshaping the infrastructure behind cross-border payments, FX, and digital asset flows. With a strong presence in Asia and a rapidly expanding global footprint, the firm plays a critical role in bridging traditional finance with next-generation payment technologies.
As Network Management Lead, you will spearhead strategic partnerships that expand the firm’s ability to deliver faster, more cost-efficient payment and remittance services. This role is central to strengthening the company’s underlying infrastructure by forming and scaling partnerships across banks, fintech providers, and digital asset platforms.
You will be instrumental in building robust fund-movement rails across multiple geographies—often with multiple partners per market—to ensure coverage, competitive pricing, and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy across financial institutions, fintechs, stablecoin providers, liquidity platforms, and on-/off-ramp partners
- Prioritise banking partnerships that enable improved FX pricing and stronger remittance margins, supporting competitive end-customer rates
- Identify and onboard fintech and digital asset partners offering stablecoin pricing and settlement to enhance fiat ↔ crypto conversion capabilities
- Manage and grow a diverse partner ecosystem to strengthen remittance, collection, payout, and conversion flows across key corridors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure partnerships align with product goals and regulatory requirements
- Strategically build payment rails with multiple partners per geography to ensure resiliency, reach, and cost efficiency
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and commercial negotiation through onboarding and ongoing performance optimisation
- Stay ahead of global trends in payments, FX, and digital assets, including regulatory developments impacting on-/off-ramps and stablecoin usage
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management within payments, fintech, banking, or digital asset infrastructure
- Proven track record of securing and scaling partnerships with banks, PSPs, or on-/off-ramp providers with measurable commercial impact
- Strong understanding of FX, cross-border settlement flows, and fiat ↔ stablecoin/crypto conversion
- Commercially astute, with the ability to manage complex, multi-party negotiations
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset in fast-paced, regulated environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial teams
