We are seeking a high-impact OTC Sales Director or Senior Manager to lead and scale our institutional OTC desk. This role will drive revenue through large-volume crypto–fiat trades, stablecoin liquidity solutions, and treasury services for banks, payment providers, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals. You will play a key role in expanding APAC remittances and digital asset settlement capabilities. This is a senior revenue leadership position reporting to the Chief Business Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute OTC sales strategies to acquire and grow institutional clients across APAC and global markets
- Own the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, RFP responses, pricing and execution, KYC/onboarding, and post-trade relationship management
- Build and manage a high-performing OTC sales pipeline, focusing on stablecoin settlements, remittances, and treasury solutions
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and liquidity teams to deliver tailored solutions and competitive pricing
- Achieve ambitious revenue targets while ensuring full regulatory compliance (e.g. MAS, Travel Rule, AML)
Requirements
- 5–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 4+ years in crypto OTC or institutional sales (or FX/payments institutional sales at scale)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in crypto OTC, stablecoin liquidity, or cross-border payments (evidence of closed deals required)
- Strong network across banks, payment service providers, fintechs, or institutional clients in APAC (Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia preferred)
- Deep understanding of digital assets, stablecoins, on/off-ramps, OTC execution, and treasury products
- Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g. MAS, MiCA, or equivalent); exposure to leading OTC or institutional desks is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and CRM skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluent in English (additional Southeast Asian languages are advantageous)
