Their focus is post-quantum migration, upgrading wallets, identity systems, and settlement rails to quantum-safe infrastructure while maintaining usability, composability, and developer workflows. Through tooling, audits, testnets, and applied research, they help ecosystems adopt secure, future-ready cryptographic standards.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will execute marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, and communications. This role focuses on turning highly technical research and engineering work into clear, compelling messaging for developers, executives, investors, and the broader crypto ecosystem.

This is a hands-on execution role suited for someone who moves quickly, writes clearly, and delivers consistently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute content and messaging across blog, website, newsletters, and social channels
  • Translate technical research, product work, and partnerships into clear marketing assets
  • Support product launches, announcements, and integrated campaigns
  • Coordinate with PR partners on press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership
  • Manage social channels (X and LinkedIn) and grow audience engagement
  • Support conferences, events, and ecosystem initiatives
  • Maintain brand consistency across all external touchpoints
  • Track performance metrics and report insights to improve results

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or deep-tech
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills
  • Comfortable marketing technical or complex products
  • Experience executing campaigns across owned and earned channels
  • High attention to detail and strong operational execution
  • Able to prioritize effectively and thrive in an early-stage startup

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing developer tools or infrastructure products
  • Familiarity with crypto security, cryptography, or protocol-level technology
  • Experience with newsletters, long-form content, or thought leadership
