About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Lead API Product Manager to drive the strategic growth of our Card Issuing API offering. In this high-impact role, you will lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing API products. You will play a key role in defining the product vision, ensuring seamless execution, and driving alignment across teams as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Card Issuing API, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Partner with engineering teams to build API capabilities that balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
• Advocate for best practices in API usability and developer experience, ensuring high-quality documentation and intuitive functionality.
• Drive cross-team collaboration to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver initiatives effectively.
• Take an active role in product development, from defining requirements to reviewing technical solutions and ensuring successful launches.
• Provide strategic insights and updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, fostering team growth and collaboration.
• Deep understanding of API development, usability, and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience aligning teams across functions.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth environments and adapt to evolving challenges.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience or strong interest in Web3 and Fintech.
• Background in Software Engineering or equivalent technical expertise.
