? Your Role

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end design projects, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences.
• Platform-Specific Design: Craft pixel-perfect designs tailored for various platforms.
• Design System Management: Build and optimise reusable templates and contribute to the evolving Design Language System (DLS).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and QA to ensure a cohesive and seamless product experience.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee design assets for flawless implementation and brand alignment.

? What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years in product design, with 3+ years in a lead role handling complex projects.
• Figma Expert: Skilled in Figma components, libraries, and branching.
• Attention to Detail: Passionate about pixel precision and visual consistency.
• Collaboration & Autonomy: Self-driven with strong cross-functional communication skills.
• UI/UX Wizardry: Proven experience in building UI/UX from scratch.
