We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-moving and ambitious company operating at the forefront of the blockchain and Web3 space. This team is behind several high-impact infrastructure projects and is expanding rapidly across global markets. The company is product-led and values fast execution, ownership, and a strong, collaborative culture.

They are looking for a hands-on, pragmatic HR Business Partner to support their People & Ops function as they scale. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with leadership to strengthen core people operations without compromising on culture or performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for a fully remote, globally distributed team
  • Execute regular performance and feedback cycles
  • Act as a go-to resource for team members on people-related questions and operational needs
  • Continuously improve tools, documentation, processes, and internal communications related to People Ops

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to execute autonomously
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working at pace, and operating in async environments
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Based in EU or Middle East time zones, with flexibility to collaborate across additional global time zones
  • A genuine passion for culture, people, and building high-performing teams

Growth Path Over 12–24 Months

0–6 months: Master core People Ops, support hiring processes, become a trusted internal contact, and gain deep insight into the team’s culture and structure.

6–12 months: Take ownership of performance management and hiring cycles, scale operational processes, and lead specific areas such as onboarding, engagement, or tooling.

12–24 months: Step into a full People Partner role, driving people initiatives end-to-end and playing a key role in global team development.
