They are looking for a hands-on, pragmatic HR Business Partner to support their People & Ops function as they scale. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with leadership to strengthen core people operations without compromising on culture or performance.
0–6 months: Master core People Ops, support hiring processes, become a trusted internal contact, and gain deep insight into the team’s culture and structure.
6–12 months: Take ownership of performance management and hiring cycles, scale operational processes, and lead specific areas such as onboarding, engagement, or tooling.
12–24 months: Step into a full People Partner role, driving people initiatives end-to-end and playing a key role in global team development.
