We’re seeking a Head of Revenue Operations for a fast-growing global payments provider to establish and lead a high-performing RevOps function that unites Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Marketing under an organised operating model. This is a senior leadership role with strategic and tactical responsibilities, where you’ll design the infrastructure, systems and insights that support scalable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a company-wide Revenue Operations strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets
- Oversee the transition from legacy CRM and support tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk) to HubSpot (Sales, Service, and Marketing Hubs)
- Create a scalable data architecture with robust definitions, governance policies, and reporting structures
- Lead, mentor, and grow a focused RevOps team (currently a team of three), setting clear priorities and ensuring high-impact delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes across the entire customer lifecycle
- Own forecasting, revenue analytics, and pipeline visibility to drive commercial clarity
- Champion automation and workflow optimization across commercial functions
- Design and implement onboarding and enablement programs for go-to-market teams
- Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration and effective handovers across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a senior Revenue Operations or commercial operations leadership role, preferably within fast-scaling B2B environments
- Expertise in CRM and GTM tooling, particularly HubSpot or similar platforms
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED or similar frameworks)
- Strong data and analytical capabilities, including reporting framework design and implementation
- Confident team leader with a track record of managing small, high-performing teams
- Effective communicator and stakeholder manager with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working across strategy and hands-on execution
