The Role

The Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving ecosystem growth and adoption. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this individual will design and execute strategies, optimize operational processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives. The position requires a strategic thinker with operational expertise, a strong understanding of Web3 trends, and a passion for blockchain technology.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with community managers and marketing specialists.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, content, email, paid, etc.).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Streamline marketing processes, workflows, and reporting to improve efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to leadership and teams.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product, developer relations, and business development teams.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate community engagement programs (such as ambassador and KOL initiatives) and adjust resources based on performance.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, ideally within technology or blockchain.
  • Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, and the crypto ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and measurement tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
  • Genuine passion for blockchain and decentralized technologies.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with DAOs or blockchain-native organizations.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and SEO.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and advanced analytics tools.
