Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for the CIS region aimed at user acquisition and engagement.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with local communities, influencers (KOLs), and strategic partners.
  • Drive both digital and in-person marketing campaigns including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and campaign metrics to continually refine marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with global marketing, business development, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and goal alignment.
  • Manage and mentor a regional marketing team to meet KPIs and support long-term expansion plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within crypto, fintech, or technology sectors, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the CIS digital asset market and its community landscape.
  • Strong network among CIS-based influencers, media, and crypto communities is highly advantageous.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Russian is essential.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong grasp of data-led decision-making.
