Head of Enterprise Sales – Greater China & APAC (AI Compute Infrastructure)

We are working with a fast-scaling technology company at the forefront of GPU-based compute infrastructure for artificial intelligence. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking a senior executive to lead their enterprise growth efforts across Greater China and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company delivering advanced AI infrastructure, and to lead sales efforts that will directly influence the adoption of next-generation compute solutions across some of the most innovative enterprises in the region.

About the Role

This leadership role is focused on establishing a strong commercial presence in the Chinese and APAC AI compute markets. You’ll be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy, developing executive-level relationships, and closing high-value contracts involving GPU-accelerated infrastructure solutions.

You will operate with high autonomy and strategic input, supported by global leadership including C-level executives and key stakeholders. The role includes a strong compensation package with uncapped commission potential—10% on direct enterprise sales and 2% on reseller deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Strategy: Define and implement the company’s sales approach across Greater China, identifying key verticals and enterprise prospects needing high-performance AI compute.
  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite leaders (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of AI/ML) at top-tier organisations in the region.
  • Complex Deal Management: Own and lead enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to closure, focusing on large-scale, long-term GPU infrastructure contracts.
  • Solution Selling: Clearly communicate the performance, pricing, and reliability benefits of the company’s decentralized GPU offerings, supporting business cases and ROI arguments.
  • Market Insights: Provide intelligence on regional AI trends, competitive threats, and regulatory challenges, feeding into product and GTM strategy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on customer needs and regional positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities, in AI, cloud, or high-performance compute sectors.
  • Strong track record in selling large-scale infrastructure deals within the Chinese enterprise landscape.
  • Deep network and trusted relationships with C-level buyers involved in AI/ML deployment.
  • Expertise in AI infrastructure and GPU technologies (e.g., NVIDIA H100, B200, etc.) and their application in generative AI, LLMs, training, and inference.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with excellent English for internal collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills suited for high-level engagement.
  • Experience in early-stage or fast-growth tech environments, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
